1. Order Cancellation

• Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
• For a full refund, your cancellation request must be acknowledged and approved by our support team.

How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent via email with the subject line "Cancellation Request" to kalakirtihub@gmail.com. Please include:

• Order ID
• Reason for Cancellation
• Refund Account Details

The cancellation process will begin only after we receive a formal request through email or phone.

2. Shipping Policy

• Products will be delivered to your location within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Return Policy

• Please return the product within 7 days of delivery.
• If the product is defective or damaged, please return it within 3 days of delivery along with an unboxing video as proof.

4. Exchange / Replacement Policy

• We will deliver the exchange or replacement product within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

5. Refund Policy

• Cancellations and refunds are only eligible in cases of service failure.
• Our team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a refund. The management’s decision will be final.
• The refund amount cannot exceed the original amount paid by the customer. Kalakirtihub will not be responsible for any additional loss or claim beyond the paid amount.
• In case of an instant cancellation (before processing), the refund will be issued automatically.
• For prepaid orders, once we verify and approve your refund request, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 6–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Important Notes

• Any discounted or exempted amount is non-refundable.
• Kalakirtihub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to enhance customer experience.
• Customers are advised to read the latest policy before placing an order.
• In all matters related to cancellations, returns, or refunds, Kalakirtihub’s decision will be final.
