1. Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed after receiving payment confirmation or COD verification.
• Dispatch Timeline: Products are typically shipped within 3–10 working days from the order confirmation date.
• Express Shipping: In select locations, we offer expedited shipping for faster delivery.
• Accurate Address Requirement: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a contact number, to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier services such as Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, and other regional partners.
• Delivery Timeframe: The product will be delivered to your location within 3–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location and courier coverage.

2. Return Policy

• Please return the product within 7 days of delivery.
• If the product is defective or damaged, please return it within 3 days along with an unboxing video as proof.

3. Exchange / Replacement Policy

• We will deliver the exchange or replacement product within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we verify and approve your refund request, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 6–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring safe handling and delivery:

Prepaid Orders:

• Orders below ₹149 – ₹49 shipping charge applies.
• Orders ₹150 and above – Free Shipping.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

• Orders below ₹799 – ₹49 shipping charge applies.
• Orders ₹800 to ₹5000 – Free Shipping.
• For COD orders priced ₹499 and below, an additional delivery charge of ₹49 will be applied.

6. Payment Options

  • UPI and Major Digital Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe)
• Cash on Delivery: Available across most locations for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery.
• Safe Transactions: All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package’s status.
• You can also log in to your Kalakirtihub account to view order progress and delivery details.

8. Delivery Coverage

• We currently ship to most locations across India.
• In case a particular location is not serviceable, our support team will inform you and assist with alternatives or a refund if applicable.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping of returned orders may incur additional delivery charges.

10. Shipping Policy Updates

• Kalakirtihub may update or modify this shipping policy periodically.
• Customers are advised to review the latest policy before placing an order.

11. UPI Policy

• UPI payments must be completed within 15 minutes of initiating the transaction.
• If the payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days.
• In case of a double payment via UPI, the excess amount will be refunded to the same UPI ID within 6–7 business days after verification.
• UPI refunds are only processed to the original payment source.
• Ensure you use a valid and active UPI ID to avoid payment delays.
