While we take every measure to ensure products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping, unforeseen issues during delivery can occur. This policy explains the conditions, process, and guidelines for shipping, returning, exchanging, or refunding a product to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
1. Shipping Policy
- The product will be delivered to your location within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
Customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- Received a damaged or non-functional product.
- An item is missing from the delivery box, and the safety seal appears broken.
- A different product was delivered (wrong color, size, design, or an entirely different item).
- The order was not delivered to the customer or anyone at their address.
3. Timeframe for Return Request
- Please return the product within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please return it within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
- Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving a defective product to initiate a return or refund.
- After the 7-day return window, Kalakirtihub will not be liable to accept returns or issue refunds.
4. Cancellation and Return Fee
To cover handling costs, a ₹50 fee is charged for all cancellations and returns:
- For prepaid orders, the fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the fee is deducted during the return process or adjusted accordingly.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Customers can request a return using one of the following methods:

- Delivery Address

⚠️ Note: Do not ship any product back without receiving a confirmation and return instructions from our team.
6. Packaging Guidelines for Returns
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Clearly write your Order ID, Name, and Address on the package.
- Mention the recipient warehouse address and Order ID on the front of the package.
- Ensure the product is unused, clean, and includes all original tags, labels, barcodes, and documents.
- Use a reliable courier service that provides a tracking ID to ensure safe delivery.
7. Exchange / Replacement Policy
- We will deliver the exchange or replacement product within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
8. Refund Guidelines and Conditions
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The returned product must pass quality inspection. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may be rejected.
- Refunds for COD orders will be provided as a Kalakirtihub Gift Card or Store Credit.
- Refunds will not be issued for price drops that occur after placing the order.
- Discounted or promotional items cannot be claimed for a refund.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
- Refunds will not exceed the original purchase amount.
- Edible products (snacks, beverages, food items) are non-returnable.
9. Refund Processing Time
- Once we verify and approve the refund request, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 6–7 business days.
- COD refunds issued as Store Credit will be provided within 48 hours of return approval.
10. Fraudulent or Invalid Claims
If any false, misleading, or fraudulent claims are identified, Kalakirtihub reserves the right to:
- Reject the return or refund request.
- Take legal action to prevent misuse or fraudulent activities.
11. Final Decision Authority
All returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to verification and approval by the Kalakirtihub management team. The decision made by Kalakirtihub will be final and binding in all matters related to returns and refunds.
